Jamiroquai will play three London shows at The O2 in July 2027, but the tickets won’t all go on sale together. The artist-store presale starts on Tuesday 10 November, followed by O2 Priority on Wednesday 11 November and general sale on Friday 13 November.
The O2’s event page lists Thursday 15 July, Friday 16 July and Monday 19 July as part of the venue’s 20th Birthday programme. The Thursday and Friday shows are consecutive; the Monday show comes after two intervening days. Anyone booking Friday and Monday together would need to allow for that gap in a London stay.
Tuesday 10 November: the artist-store route
The official Jamiroquai store advertises ticket presale access alongside preorders of the new album. Its opening time is 9am GMT on Tuesday 10 November, with one code per person. The page also provides a “No purchase necessary” route.
Buying an album therefore isn’t the only route advertised. Follow the store’s access instructions before deciding whether to add a record to your order; an album purchase and the eventual concert ticket are separate purchases.
The store’s order deadline is 9am GMT on Friday 13 November, three days after its Tuesday presale opens. Those dates describe different steps. An order made after the opening would still leave you needing the code before using that presale, so check the delivery instructions when planning when to order. The deadline alone doesn’t establish an immediate code delivery.
Wednesday 11 November: O2 Priority
The venue lists Priority access from 9am on Wednesday 11 November. That is a different named route from the artist-store offer, opening a day later.
Use the Priority entry on The O2’s page if that is the scheme you intend to use. Having an artist-store code doesn’t, by itself, explain the requirements of another presale. Our RAYE presale guide makes the same practical distinction between an access route and the time tickets become available.
Friday 13 November: general sale
The O2 lists general sale at 9am on Friday 13 November. These are London sale times; the artist store explicitly labels its 9am opening GMT. Readers elsewhere should convert the sale morning, rather than the July concert date, when setting an alarm.
Choose your preferred night before the sale begins. Thursday and Friday are adjacent options; Monday requires a different travel plan. Then save the matching venue listing and the access route you’ll actually use. That leaves a much clearer booking note than a single reminder saying “Jamiroquai tickets this week.”
