Greta Van Fleet's Palace for the People arrived on 9 October, while the band's next tour belongs to 2027. Those are separate dates for fans planning what to buy this week. The new record is available now; access to a concert ticket depends on the region, sale window and, for some offers, an invitation.

Start with the album, then check your region

The label's release announcement identifies a 13-song album co-produced by the band and Mike Elizondo. It also announces the Into the Beginning tour across North America and Europe. The band's website provides the listening and official store links, including vinyl, CD and cassette options.

There is no need to buy a physical edition to understand the announcement. Start with the track list and a listening link, then decide whether a particular format belongs in your collection. Our guide to why physical music still matters explores that choice without treating ownership as a sound-quality guarantee.

For tickets, the label lists different sale windows:

Market or access routeAnnounced timing
European ticket sales9 October, 10am local time
North American fan presale13 October, 9am local time
North American general sale15 October, 10am local time

Local time refers to the sale listing, so check the city and ticket provider before setting a reminder. A date for one market should not be copied into another city's calendar.

What the pricing promise actually covers

The announcement says ticket face values are set in advance and remain the same through presale and general sale, with no Platinum tickets. Primary sellers will offer tickets at face value plus fees. The phrase plus fees matters when working out the cost of an evening.

Here is a budgeting example, not a quoted price for this tour: a 70-unit face value plus a 9-unit booking charge produces a 79-unit checkout total. Two such tickets cost 158 units before transport or accommodation. Compare the checkout total, rather than a headline face value, against your budget.

The announcement does not establish every show's fees, remaining inventory or resale prices. Fixed face value also does not mean that seats will remain available until the general sale.

A Spotify invitation is a different route

The label also describes Reserved by Spotify access for eligible North American Premium fans. Spotify's own explanation says selection uses listening and engagement signals, alongside location, and that invited fans can buy up to two tickets. It is not an offer to every Premium subscriber.

Check your actual invitation and its purchase window if one arrives. Otherwise, use the band's ordinary ticket links and the relevant sale date. MP3Raid's practical order is simple: choose the show, verify the access route, read the fees, then decide whether to book. None of those steps requires an advance verdict on the new album's sound.
