Hitsujibungaku, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and Otoboke Beaver will play matsuri ’26: Japanese Music Experience LONDON at Outernet Live on Monday, December 14. Tickets go through three sale stages this week, but the two official pages currently give different evening schedules. CEIPA's planned window begins an hour before the doors time on the ticket listing.

The November 3 announcement from organiser CEIPA calls London the showcase project's European debut. It brings the three acts together through the Music Way Project, a collaboration between CEIPA and the Toyota Group, with production by CHORUS and Live Nation.

This week's ticket timetable

CEIPA lists the following starts, all in UK time:

  • O2 presale: Wednesday, November 4, at 10am.
  • Live Nation presale: Thursday, November 5, at 10am.
  • General sale: Friday, November 6, at 10am.

Thursday's presale and Friday's general sale appear on the Live Nation event listing too. There is a registration link for the presale. Read its requirements before counting on that early access; the general sale on November 6 is a separate opportunity to buy.

MP3Raid's recent RAYE presale guide illustrates another reason to read sale notices carefully: a signup deadline and the start of ticket sales can be different events. For matsuri, follow the instructions attached to the sale you intend to use. No ticket price was displayed in the Live Nation listing when checked.

6pm or 7pm? The published times differ

CEIPA gives a planned event window of 6pm–10pm. Live Nation instead lists doors at 7pm and a curfew at 11pm. The earlier window is marked as planned in the organiser's announcement.

Which one will apply on December 14? The pages leave that unresolved. Before booking a train around either window, check the current ticket confirmation and event listing. There are no artist set times on either page. Doors at 7pm does not tell us when Hitsujibungaku, Kyary or Otoboke Beaver will take the stage.

Live Nation lists admission as 14+, with ages 14–16 accompanied by an adult, and requires physical photo ID. For a 15-year-old attending, that means arranging adult accompaniment as well as a ticket.

The programme brings alternative rock from Hitsujibungaku, Kyary's pop and Otoboke Beaver's punk onto one bill, as described in CEIPA's artist profiles. You can start with the act you know and explore the other two before December. No single headliner or equal set lengths are specified.

CEIPA also announces an industry mixer called tsudoi, co-hosted with JETRO on the same day. It does not say that a public concert ticket includes that gathering. Anyone hoping to attend tsudoi needs its own access information before treating the two events as one booking.
